PU sheet has the characteristics of high strength, high wear resistance, oil resistance, strong vibration absorption and so on. It is widely used in mining wear plate, scraper plate and vibration absorption plate of heavy machinery, blanking, stamping, plate gold correction and high insulation requirements.  

Compared with other rubber, nylon products more wear resistance, hydrolysis resistance, high temperature resistance and other characteristics.

Its products have the following advantages:

1.High density, according to different applications, the density of 200~500 kg/cubic adjustment.

2.High compression strength, up to 4~20MPa.

3.Thermal conductivity 0.052. With low thermal conductivity, low moisture permeability, low water absorption, meet the requirements of cooling.

4.It has excellent performance of hydrolysis resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance and other chemicals.  Not easy to burn, flame retardant to meet the national safety requirements of density requirements.
